Shipping Methods and Cost
eTuhfa.com offers five different shipping options for delivery to Pakistan and International locations. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes addresses.

eTuhfa.com uses Courier, Express, Regular/Standard and SAL , Airborne Express to offer the following shipping options:

* Shipping Method Transit Times

• Express/Courier Service: Sentiments; Flowers, cakes and sweets orders arrive next business day when ordered before 5 pm PK, Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays. For perfumes, toys and if the sentiments order includes other articles, add one additional business day for processing.

• For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing

• UMS is for Pakistani areas where express or courier service is not available.

• Regular Air Mail Service: arrives in 5-9 business days, excluding holidays depending upon the country.

• Air Express Service: arrives in two to four business days depending upon the country. For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing.

Billing
You will be billed as  2CO for all orders as it is our authorized secure retailer for transactions.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase our standard policy for merchandise returns is 30 days from date of receipt. Returned items must be not used, original tags must be attached, the item must be returned in the product box if delivered in one, and with no visible wear or damage. You must have a valid reason to return an item. We'll be happy to exchange or issue web site credit within this period. Custom made items, customized items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Please send back the package securely wrapped, via prepaid and insured mail. eTuhfa.com will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment (from customer to manufacturer). Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and should be insured properly based on the value of the contents. Therefore, customers who wish to return a product should be conscious about which shipping company and method of shipment they choose. It is highly unlikely that a customer would receive damaged goods. All items are inspected prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event you do receive a damaged item, it must be returned within 14 days of receiving that item. This is necessary in order to control our inventory.

Write down the order and gift code you received in order confirmation email, along with the return shipping address which is of our shipping office and written on the back of your parcel.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. eTuhfa.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Delivery Policies
eTuhfa.com will ship to any place in the world except sentiments express which is exclusively for Pakistan . Delivery depend upon the method you select and the time your purchase leaves eTuhfa.com. When your product leaves eTuhfa.com, you will receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been shipped.

Orders Over $250 Value.
Currently we process orders maximum value of 250$ online and any order more than this or in bulk quantity will be treated as an Export – Import transaction and you have to contact us directly before placing any large order online. We should follow every step ruled by each country.
